Biography
Elizabeth Apgar-Smith works in oil, pastel and watercolor. She has won numerous regional and national awards, been profiled in both American Artist and The Artists Magazine, and seen her work featured in six different books on technique. She maintains a gallery and teaching studio in the village of Schoharie, NY.
